Daily reporting
shouldn’t take
all day.

The Daily Construction Report is the cornerstone of Orange Vest, providing data to the Dashboard, Quantities, and Weekly Statement of Working Days. It's user-friendly and highly functional. Clarity never felt so good.

construction operations?

See how easy and intuitive Orange Vest really is.

Cutting-edge features for advanced efficiency.

Say goodbye to the hassle of paper-based and clunky software reporting and hello to streamlined daily construction reporting. The inspection team should worry about inspection, and the daily reporting should come naturally and as part of their workflow, not as an impediment to it.

Work Performed.

Add Bid Items and assign quantities performed as the day goes on. Orange Vest always shows you a running total of how much has been recorded to-date eliminating surprises. Then, select labor and equipment as the day unfolds while assigning hours to each. Enter them once, and never worry about manual inputs again.

Upload Photos. The Easy Way.

Take, upload and manage photos directly from the field. The Photobucket features includes all the day’s uploads, which are automatically sent to a document server when the Inspector signs the report. Photos are captioned and included in reports, including latitude/longitude for each image.

Actionable Punchlists

Manage, track and finalize punchlists in record time. As items come up, add them to the punchlist with photo updates. Copies of the full report are automatically saved anytime a change is made by the inspector, eliminating the need for emails, texts, phone calls and meetings.

Record Changes Orders. On the Fly

Need to record a Potential Change Order on the fly? Add a PCO item once, then break it down into sub-tasks which can be assigned labor, equipment and new materials.  Since the work is unplanned, material costs can be recorded so quantities can be justified.

Ticket Reports.

Digitize all your submittal tickets (delivery receipts) without needing to manually scan, email or mail paper tickets. Once uploaded, they’ll be included in the report for that day, and as part of a Ticket Report that gets sent to the document server so you never miss a thing.

1-Click Publishing.

Once you’re done with the DCR report, you can click to publish a DCR which opens a PDF for final review and signatures. Once the Inspector signs it, a copy is saved and emailed to the CM (if needed) to countersign.
