• Added clear filters button to blog search
• Updated blog home page to have a functioning active tag system.
• Updated styling and animation of the nav blog collection.
• Updated home page hero animation to show "DCR bubbles"
• Updated CMS dynamic linking to pull "Author" from multi-reference field and greatly simplified blog ingest form.
• Created new "add photo" animation and updated tabbed DCR section at the bottom of the home page.
• Created new "Financials" animation and updated tabbed section at the bottom of the home page.
• Added additional hover state animation to main nav menu.

Known Issues: 

• FIXED: Animation on nav blog collection icon is currently broken.
• Progress bar animation on new mid-level CTA is currently broken.
• Progress bar animation on new "Financials" is currently broken.
